The Tippanet was formally known as the Princess Tippanet, is located on the South side of Chiang Mais famous walled Old Town and is close to everything.

Our 21 bedroom boutique hotel is located just a 10 minute drive or taxi journey from Chiang Mai international airport
The Tippanet is close to some of Chiang Mais great street markets as well as famous store names such as Central Festival, Big C, Index, Tesco Lotus and Makro etc. Shopping is a great pastime in Chiang Mai and many bargains can be had.
The hotel is also very close to the famous Chiang Mai Old Town, a beautiful walled city with an abundance of small Soi's to explore and so many fantastic hidden gems such as great Thai restaurants and bars, coffee shops and bike hire shops.
Chiang Mai is the spiritual home of Thailand and has itself over 300 Wat's or temples for you to explore, each and everyone different from the last and some truly spectacular such as the Silver temple which is very close to our hotel, Doi Suthep situated high up on a mountain with the most amazing views of Chiang Mai and the Royal Wat of Wat Prah Singh.
